SADDLE TREE COWBOY CHURCH

WELCOME

Welcome visitors! We are happy to have you here with us through a ministry that calls cowboys, farmers and rural citizens who have not felt welcome or included due to lack of understanding on who Jesus is and why He loves them and desires a personal relationship with them. We are a growing church located at the Community Center in May, Texas. Contact us to learn more about  Saddle Tree Cowboy Church!

SADDLE

There are many kinds of saddles that have been developed throughout history. There are saddles used for different events in the equine world and other areas for animals used. There are racing saddles, jumping, rodeo, military back in the days of mounted cavalry, pleasure riding, working cowboy, English pleasure, pack saddles, even saddles they put on camels in the desert continents.

Saddles are used in all these areas to protect the animals back while in use and the riders backside which is an added benefit. Using this item in the naming of the church has to do with the western Heritage culture into which we are reaching out. We are Saddling up to win the lost, the Unchurched, the Wayward in faith and to develop a community of faith and accepts all, as we will Learn of God's Great Love and Salvation Through Jesus Christ.

TREE

In the western saddle, the Tree is the frame of the saddle which all the leather is attached to hold the saddle together. It makes it function correctly for the purpose it is designed.

The tree that holds our Life together is the Tree that Jesus Christ The Savior of the World gave His life on. That Whosoever believes in Him will have abundant life Now and throughout Eternity.

The Cross of Jesus is the Tree where New Life begins,

Jesus Said, Come All who are weak and burdened I (Jesus) will give you Rest!

Please pray for our brethren for healing and relief of pain and suffering, Jesus said, " With God all things are possible" (Matthew 19:26) This is far more than the power of positive thinking, It is the power of God that makes what seems impossible possible. Nothing is impossible with God.
